Offers Exclusive Buyers Incentive for Open House Weekend
North Charleston, SC (May 1, 2012) -- Cobalt Developments, LLC, developers for North Charleston's Hunley Waters, announced today that it will offer a $6,000 incentive package to any qualified buyer who signs a contract after attending this weekend's Open House, May 5 to6. The homebuyer's incentive will be available this weekend only, and will go towards closing costs for all qualified buyers with a preferred lender.
The Hunley Waters Open House will be held from 2 PM to 6 PM both Saturday, May 5, and Sunday, May 6, at 1039 Hunley Waters Circle, North Charleston, South Carolina 29405.
