Carriage Hill Associates of Charleston was formed in June 2002 and immediately established itself as a premiere commercial and residential builder. Carriage Hill Associates of Charleston homes have set the highest standards of quality and excellence as identified by Grand Oak Preserve's first place finish in the CTHBA's New Homes Tour of 2007.
