From Charleston towards Beaufort, SC take Hwy. 17 S and turn left onto Hwy. 21 S. Then turn right onto Hwy. 170 W. After passing two stoplights, you will see the Shadow Moss entrance on your right.
From Bluffton, take Hwy. 278 and exit onto Hwy. 170 E. After crossing the Broad River Bridge (2nd bridge), the Shadow Moss entrance will be 1/2 mile on the left.
